3. Orders & Case Submissions

All digital files (STL or accepted formats) must meet preparation guidelines.
Reclaim Dental Milling is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate scans, improper preparation, or incomplete case information.
Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse service if files do not meet quality standards.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
Custom cases may require additional fees depending on complexity.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard cases are processed within 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround time begins once complete case files and payment are received.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
Delays caused by incomplete files or required clarifications may extend production timelines.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Reclaim Dental Milling is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.

7. Returns & Remakes

Due to the custom nature of dental restorations:

Products are non-refundable once manufactured.
Remakes may be provided if the issue is due to manufacturing defects.
Remake requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Original case files and supporting documentation may be required.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We warrant that products are manufactured according to provided specifications. However:

We do not guarantee clinical outcomes.
Final fit and performance depend on proper preparation, impression accuracy, and clinical handling.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Reclaim Dental Milling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
