These Terms govern all services, products, and digital case submissions provided by Reclaim Dental Milling.

2. Eligibility

Our products and services are intended for licensed dental professionals, dental laboratories, and authorized clinicians. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase dental restorations and related services.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description. By opting in to SMS communications from Reclaim Dental Milling LLC, you agree to receive recurring text messages that may include order and case status updates, shipping notifications, customer service communications, promotional offers, and marketing messages related to our dental milling products and services. Message frequency varies based on your orders and preferences.

Age Restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and participate in our SMS program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Opt-Out Instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Orders & Case Submissions

• All digital files (STL or accepted formats) must meet preparation guidelines.
• Reclaim Dental Milling is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate scans, improper preparation, or incomplete case information.
• Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if files do not meet quality standards.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
• Custom cases may require additional fees depending on complexity.

6. Turnaround Time

• Standard cases are processed within 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
• Turnaround time begins once complete case files and payment are received.
• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
• Delays caused by incomplete files or required clarifications may extend production timelines.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
• Reclaim Dental Milling is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.

8. Returns & Remakes

Due to the custom nature of dental restorations:

• Products are non-refundable once manufactured.
• Remakes may be provided if the issue is due to manufacturing defects.
• Remake requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Original case files and supporting documentation may be required.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

We warrant that products are manufactured according to provided specifications. However:

• We do not guarantee clinical outcomes.
• Final fit and performance depend on proper preparation, impression accuracy, and clinical handling.
• No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Reclaim Dental Milling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product descriptions, logos, and branding materials are the property of Reclaim Dental Milling and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
