Returns & Remake Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Reclaim Dental Milling, we are committed to delivering precision-crafted zirconia and titanium restorations. Due to the fully customized nature of our products, the following policy applies.

1. Custom-Made Products

All restorations are custom-manufactured based on submitted digital files and case specifications.

Because of this:

  • Products are non-refundable once production has started.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or case cancellation after manufacturing begins.

2. Remake Eligibility

We offer remakes under the following conditions:

✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Material flaw
✔ Milling error
✔ Shade mismatch (if not aligned with submitted specifications)

Remake requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Remake

Remakes will not be approved for issues resulting from:

  • Inaccurate or distorted digital scans

  • Improper tooth preparation

  • Incorrect margin design

  • Incomplete or inaccurate case instructions

  • Clinical adjustment errors

  • Cementation technique issues

Final clinical outcomes depend on proper preparation and handling by the dental professional.

4. Remake Request Process

To request a remake:

  1. Email info@reclaimdentalm.com

  2. Include your Order Number

  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue

  4. Attach supporting photos or documentation

  5. Submit original case files if requested

Our technical team will review the case and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Return of Physical Product

In certain cases, we may request that the original restoration be returned for quality inspection before approving a remake.

Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.

6. Shipping Costs for Remakes

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, remake production and standard shipping will be covered by Reclaim Dental Milling.

  • If the issue is determined to be case-related or clinical, additional charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.
Once milling begins, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Quality Commitment

Every case undergoes multi-stage inspection before shipment. Our goal is 99% first-try fit accuracy and consistent, reliable results for dental labs and clinicians nationwide.
